Katasi is a multidisciplinary visual artist and UX design manager at Google.

As an artist, Katasi works across different mediums, including digital art, large-scale abstract paintings, and sculptures.

With over a decade of experience as a UX designer, Katasi has created human-centered digital solutions for users across diverse markets. She currently leads a team for Google Cloud, building innovative back-end solutions that serve businesses worldwide. Prior to Google, she led design projects for the Disney, the NFL, Subaru of America, Nissan USA, and other prominent clients.

In addition to her art and design career, Katasi is a longtime UX design educator. She teaches in a master's program at SVA, a leading art and design school, and also instructs at SheDesigns, an online community empowering women of color in tech.

Throughout her life she has become increasingly aware that she possesses a unique set of life experiences and values. Her ultimate goal is to amplify a range of perspectives to enlighten, empower, and bring people together.
